Lovin My Bags Global Corp. owner of the brand name "Lovin my Bags by
Barbara™". All orders and purchases made through the facilities of this
website shall be subject to these Online Shopping Terms and Conditions:
Lovin my Bags By Barbara ®will use commercially reasonable efforts to
deliver items as quickly as possible and within any time periods
indicated; however, Lovin my Bags By Barbara ® will not be responsible
for any delays in delivery which are beyond its control. Where delivery
is delayed, Lovin my Bags will notify you as soon as possible. Lovin My
Bags By Barbara® is not responsible for any packages lost during
shipping.
Shipping Disclaimer
We are not responsible for any packages lost in the mail - shipments are mailed either Fedex Home delivery or USPS Priority with delivery confirmation; once USPS confirmation is received by us it will be deemed that the package is received.
Handbag will be shipped Fedex insured at $300 with direct signature required. Cost of such shipping will be covered by customer. Loss of packages by Shipping Company is not LMB 's responsibility and we will not be liable for replacing such bags in the event that there is loss or theft.
Refund policy
If you are not completely satisfied with our
product, please send it back to us, with proof of purchase and we will
refund you immediately less shipping charges. Lovin My
Bags By Barbara is not responsible for any damages that may occur with
the use of the products. Liability will be limited to the cost of the
product. There are no refunds for restoration services.
Fraud Prevention
In order to protect you and Lovin my Bags™ from fraudulent transactions, Lovin my Bags may provide your transaction-related information to a reputable third party organization to perform an address verification. This address verification is intended to ensure that the "bill to" address that you provide matches your credit card address. Lovin my Bags also reserves the right, at its discretion, not to ship items ordered or purchased on this website to certain addresses. In the event that Lovin my Bags chooses not to ship an item, you will be notified by email and any amount charged to your credit card will be refunded.
Disclaimer
We offer the best services we can under the "best effort basis" and will no be responsible for damages to leather handbags. All handbags that are sent to us are damaged, stained and otherwise not useful - therefore any attempt on our part to restore such bag is considered an improvement and a benefit with payment due.
